Knowledge, skills and experience of working with care teams and Registered Managers to turn around poor performing Residential Care Homes from delivering services that were inadequate or required improvement, to being rated as ‘Good’ by CQC, with the aim of achieving ‘Outstanding’ for future inspection cycles.

Extensive experience of working and communicating effectively with, monitoring and auditing Third Party Care and Support Providers, delivering care and support on behalf of Your Housing Group, through to service improvement implementation and ensuring the delivery of high quality care through the implementation of the audit and inspection process.

Qualified BS OSHAS 18001 Auditor with a Nebosh Level 3 Certificate in Occupational Health and Safety and active implementation of Health and Safety Audits, meeting the requirements of the Health and Social Care Act and all associated Regulations.
